This photo is heartbreaking testimony of a disingenuous faux-father. |
Justin DiPietro’s story on how Ayla’s arm was broken has
never rang true and after much experimenting, reenacting and watching
ridiculous videos of people fall up the stairs, I have determined it to be utter
and complete bullshit.
Now, according to this story, Justin slipped on some stairs,
actually a set of wood steps with metal strips, on a rainy night and fell while
carrying Ayla. The rainy night part has been called out as not true based on
weather reports from the night Justin says he slipped on these steps. So that’s
already an exposed lie, but let’s say he really did “slip” on the steps, the
way he says it happened, it is still not likely the injury Ayla sustained
happened that way. The way people carry a child, especially up dangerous
neck-breaking stairs, is to hold the child using their stronger hand, either on
their hip or tummy to tummy. Justin is right handed, so it is more than likely
he would be carrying her using his right hand and arm, with his bag of
groceries in the left hand, or maybe the bag of groceries slid on his right
wrist, so he’s carrying all this weight on his strong side to keep the left
hand free to open the door. That’s how a lot of people who juggle a baby and
everything else while trying to get to their front door do it.
So Justin’s carrying Ayla up these steps, slips and fall on
her, right? That’s the story he gives. The way he would have naturally fallen
up two steps and landed, if he had been trying to keep Ayla from getting hurt
in the fall, he would have tried to brace with his left hand, the freer hand
that wasn’t carrying Ayla, and the bigger impact would have been to him and his
left side. The extent of Ayla's injuries, had this been the case, would not have included a broken arm. Or let’s
say he has no time to react or brace Ayla and himself, he would have fallen straight
forward, landing with Ayla hitting the ground first and him on top of her.
Either way, the injury she would have sustained would not have been her left arm
broken above the elbow. It would have been her head and she would have one hell
of a lump on either the side or the back, along with some bruising on her back,
or possibly some scrapes, on her right side. That’s right, her RIGHT side.
The way Justin would have likely been carrying her, on his right using his strong hand, Ayla’s right side and arm would be the side receiving the biggest
impact, not her left and yet it’s the left arm that’s broken. Her RIGHT arm
would have hit the ground with more force and received the injury; her left arm
being buffered from serious injury by Justin’s body, her right side would be
away from Justin and his body, free to hit the ground. Even if Ayla’s left arm
were down and against Justin’s body, with the weight of Justin on her arm, her
arm being broken this way is just not likely. For her left arm to have been
injured in such an extreme way, Justin would have had to have been carrying
Ayla backwards, with her back to his chest, with his arm around her waist and
even then, Ayla’s face and head would have received some serious injury and
Justin’s right arm would have been hurt. But what moron
carries a baby that way up a pair of “wet” steps?
I doubt back to front was the way he would have carried Ayla
up the stairs. The way children are carried, they usually put the arm that’s to
the person carrying them over the person’s shoulder, sometimes around the neck,
to hold on. Even when a child is sleeping, the carrier will likely put the
child’s arm over their shoulder because it makes it easier to hold the child
and lean them up against your chest while you’re struggling to carry other
things in your weaker hand, which Justin supposedly was with his bag of grocery
that somehow escaped this alleged fall unscathed. If we can believe the alleged "Trista Texts" and the mention of one of Justin's friends seeing him throw Ayla, that would be a more logical explanation of how her arm was broken. By being jerked and tossed, thrown and pushed around in her father's home. And why is Ayla the only child in the DiPietro home that's battered and bruised?
From what we know of Justin, he probably wasn’t concerned
with not hurting Ayla, but with not hurting himself. He could have landed on
Ayla full force if this fabricated story of his were even remotely true, but
her injury is not consistent with the way he says it happened. I cannot believe that anyone could buy his
version of how Ayla’s arm was broken, no questions asked, but I can understand
how a medical professional could let the first serious injury slide. It’s
possible they wanted to have more than just a broken arm, build up a case of
more injuries with implausible cover stories given by “dad”, so that when LE
got involved to investigate, there was a history and not just an isolated
incident. The problem with that though, is a child, in this case, Ayla, being
left vulnerable and at the mercy of an abusive parent while others wait for the
evidence they need to get her out of a horrible home. Also in addition to the broken arm, they had her ball pit Baby Fight
Club bruising AND the pulled leg muscle, so the history was already
there, before the broken arm.
I can forgive the doctors who treated Ayla, but what’s
unforgivable is that DHHS was notified and basically fed Ayla to the wolves.
Even before all this, when Ayla was removed from her maternal families care, DHHS
fucked up in a major way. Justin and his family, or anyone else he would have
been staying with, should have been thoroughly checked out before placing Ayla there.
And if being with Trista Reynolds’ family posed such a risk to a child, why was
only Ayla taken and not her baby brother? If DHHS genuinely had all these
concerns for Ayla’s safety and didn’t have all these shady people working in
their department with links to Justin’s family, Ayla would have been placed in
satellite foster care while it was determined where the best home for her was.
Justin just being the biological father was not enough to rip Ayla from the
only people she has known her whole life. Biological father does not trump
anything when he’s essentially an uninvolved stranger in his child’s life. DHHS
and Karen Smalls fucked up big and there is no way to cover up or fix this epic
failure. They failed Ayla and put her at risk by placing her with the DiPietro’s,
where she was bruised and broken by the biological father and ultimately “went
missing”.
How do those involved and those that would defend them sleep
at night? I am hundreds of miles away from this place and have no ties with
anyone in this case, and Ayla haunts me every single day. I see her face and I
just want her home, alive, happy and perfectly healthy. I want her living it up
with the people she loves and that love her. So you can understand why I don’t
get how people who were supposed to do right by Ayla and protect her, do everything
in HER best interest, have failed her in such a sickening way. How Ayla has
become a way to make money or a name for self-serving assholes who claim to
want her found safe and brought home alive. How her own family hides from
anything Ayla, but are so quick to pop out of the woodwork to defend themselves
when called out without not so much as mentioning Ayla’s name in an interview. Their
actions and motivations reek, just like Justin’s farfetched story of how Ayla’s
arm was broken stinks of bullshit.
Oh BooKat, that postcard to TLLOM has earned my eternal love and devotion :).
ReplyDeleteI'm considering making it a Christmas card and sending them theirs 8 months early.
DeleteFucking A!
ReplyDeleteThe DiPs are sick twisted pond scum. They make trailer trash look good.
As for Courtney, that bitch is not sexy. Stop with the half naked pics already. It's disgusting. I had one printed up and use it for a "keep out, dog on premises" poster.
I hate them all.
Where's Ayla?
Boo, the story from the Dips is a bunch of BS. Justin broke her arm intentionally by twisting it. There were never any stair involved here. His mother is another GIGANTIC (in oh so many ways) liar. We already know she flat out constantly lied to an entire nation on National tv for her interview. She lied then on TV and she is lying again to cover Justin's butt for breaking Ayla's arm. She continues to lie with her silence. You guys had a hilarious picture somewhere of one of the Dips, maybe even Pheebs and the caption said "see how the mouth is open? That means lies are about to come out." DANG THAT WAS FUNNY!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis just in...

I just have this great vision of that scrappy looking douche, being walked out to the squad car in cuffs, all sad with his brow furrowed...looking back at his wailing mommies as they sniffle and snot out all their sadness...then, shit their fucking pants knowing they are all going down...:)
DeleteThanks for the link. Good article.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link BooKat. Interesting article. And yes, I'm in agreement: if a Dip's mouth is open, that means a lie is about to come out.
ReplyDeleteAlso, it should be noted that if Heidi or Angela have their fingers on a keyboard, that means a lie is about to appear on the internet.
The link is from Jeff, thank that guy and his dedication to Ayla.
ReplyDeleteAyla is fortunate to have such a dedicated Grandpa, who clearly has no plans to "move on" until she is found.
DeleteJeff is the shizzel.
ReplyDeleteIf by shizzel you mean a child molester who sleeps with his stepdaughter...
DeleteKeep your wet dreams to yourself, hambone.
DeleteGreat post Boo! As usual! The postcard to Angie is priceless lol.
ReplyDeleteI agree Shannie, Jeff is great. Ayla is lucky to have true loving family members working so hard to be her voice. It's clear, StacieDee, he will not be "moving on", unlike the DiP side of Ayla's family, if you can even call them that.
I wonder if they will let Courtney write her LIES blog from jail? Nappy-headed skank.
ReplyDeleteI doubt it, but I have to say I don't like the references to Hyena bitch's hair because of her race. You got away with that one, but I'm not gonna let that fly around here, so keep those slams to yourself.
DeleteAgreed. Love all kinds of colorful put downs and stuff but let's not cross the line with racial shit. That shit just has no place but at a KKK rally.
DeleteRemember when Bheebs got in shit for saying "lynch"? I'd like to not have a repeat of that dumbassery.
DeleteI don't understand why people keep bringing race into Ayla's case. It has nothing to do with race. At all. Trista said something in a text, in the heat of the moment, that she really probably shouldn't have. IF those are even really her texts. How do we know what Justin said to her, for her to reply in that manner? Maybe he brought up the issue first. It doesn't appear she has said anything of the like, before or after that. I'm not saying it was right, but I don't see the point in bringing race into Ayla's case, when there is no need to. I especially can't understand why people would now think it ok to make racially slurred comments. It's not ok. I hope everyone can move on from the race issue.
DeleteI don't think Ayla would care what color skin the person has who finds her. Neither do I and I hope no one else does either. Let's all continue trying to help find Ayla.
Kit WELL SAID!!!!! There is nothing racial about Ayla's case. The texts bring nothing to the table to make it appear racist. ONE bad/racial comment over three months of you child being missing aka murdered, I would say is great control of your emotions. I would love to see Justin and Courtney's texts over the same time period. My bet is on Trista. I'm sure Justin bad mouthed Trista about abortion, child support payments, BACK child support payments, and I would honestly hate to see what CR texts about Trista. I bet they bad mouth Trista from A-Z. Assuming of course that CR hasn't made any racial slurs against Trista, Ayla or the maternal family that may show up with subpoena. I think both sides agree there is nothing racial here but if CR makes a fight out of ONE comment, then we should be prepared to see the other texts and they will be perfect... no racism, no lies, no mean comments. Should be as perfect as C's comments now. Same deal
DeleteThis is an excellent post! I've thought the same things about the broken arm story, especially since the medical post on Justice For Ayla. The only way I see this happening is if he's carrying her the way you described, with no more care than a sack of groceries.
ReplyDeleteI agree that DHHS should have had wider eyes here. This sort of thing happens in Maine all the time. "Dad" is relatively absent and Mom is raising kids alone. DHHS gets involved, often because of substance abuse (Maine has a bad prescription drug problem), and "dad" decides he wants the child because he doesn't want to pay child support and wants to hurt mom. Because the father isn't raising kids, DHHS has nothing on him, so have no way to prove that he isn't fit to care for his own child. They have no way to intervene unless they know there is a threat to the child's safety. Reports by the parent on the other side are seen as potentially vindictive. In my opinion 2 different doctors should have made reports about Ayla in her father's care regarding the leg and the arm injury. Did they REALLY do it or was this step overlooked? I don't know if you're aware, but Maine DHHS is under financial scrutiny right now and I wonder how much resource concerns drive their decisions. In any event, this was a dropped ball with tragic consequences for those innocent here.
Had DHHS taken custody of Ayla (taking custody= greater resources), they would then be able to choose where she went and appropriate home studies would have to happen. We know this didn't occur because it would have involved court and a Judge and baby Ray and we've heard nothing of that. Because they didn't have custody and Trista had made a plan to have her kids cared for, it was all good until Big Daddy Dipietro decides he wants his child. This happens all the time! I've seen children handed over to fathers that are known to have beaten multiple partners but because they have no "documented" deficiencies they fly under the radar. Think about it. Women are far more likely to seek outside help, counseling, substance abuse treatment etc. and hence leave a paper trail. Guys not so much. Especially ones who associate with drug dealers and want to be truck drivers.
It would be nice if Justin would just tell the real story of what happened to break Ayla's arm. It would be fantastic if he'd just tell the truth and let LE know where she is.
ReplyDeleteAmen Boo!!!!
DeleteWhy would he tell the real story, when his made up one has worked so well? I believe the truth will eventually come out, I'm just not sure when and what it is going to take. If he had any, tiny bit of a conscience, it would have come out already.
ReplyDeleteIs someone going to turn on him? I'm pretty sure any one of those associated with him, would turn on him in a heartbeat, if arrested. Especially his own mother.
I can't wait for them to all turn on each other...
The post card to TTLOM is too funny!!!! Another great article! Where has the hit counter been lately? I almost am starting to miss her skanky ass here....yeah right.
ReplyDeleteI don't want to be chastised by Shannie, so I'll just change it to...Probably off getting plastic surgery to look just like Trista so she can look like someone Justin Dip would bang. 'Cause if her hubby won't touch her hammy hocks and triple chins, Justin won't either.
Deletei wish this blog had a "like" option.
ReplyDeleteThat'll create Mecede Like Monsters...we don't want that...
Deleteooohhh so true!!!
DeleteLove It!!! You all are amazing. And so true to Ayla! I truly hope and pray every single day that she does come home safe and sound. You talk of being miles away, and I am also many miles away. BUT this little lady has taken my heart. I get up at 5 every single morning and I search for a new update. I look again atleast a dozen times throughout the day. I have twins that are a year old in a week and I just can't help but worry about Ayla. Thank you for keeping her name out there. I wish I was as good at writing a blog as you two are.
ReplyDeleteJustin, tomorrow is Ayla's Birthday. Please, do the right thing, if for no one else, do it for Ayla.
ReplyDeletelove that you keep on tellin it like it is! I am finding an amazing lack of trolls here which is fantastic!
