One year old little Angel |
On June 4, 2012, 24-year-old Mauro Cortez was standing next to a car holding his 1-year-old baby son Angel Cortez Nava. As he was standing there, talking with the people in the car, shots rang out. He was hit in the shoulder and his son was fatally shot in the stomach. Cortez continued holding his son, despite the wounds he suffered, as the baby died. His crime? Wearing a purple shirt. Apparently when you're wearing a purple shirt while standing in the 10500 block of Hickory St. in South Los Angelos you must die.
Police believe that a little piss ant named Donald Ray Dokins, 15, was so offended by the purple shirt that he took out his handgun as he was riding by on a bicycle and fired into a crowd, hitting the father and son. Dokins is allegdly a member of the Fudgetown Mafia Crips who are mortal enemies of the Barrior Grape Street Gang. Where do they get these names from, Willy Wonka? Sadly Cortez isn't even a member of a gang, he was just wearing the wrong color in the wrong neighborhood. Residents of the area were so outraged over the death of the sweet little boy that they came together and offered a $100,000 for the identity of the killer. Whenever anything bad happens, police find it impossible to get anything out of people in the area. But throw a little money into it, and people line up to point fingers and name names. Thankfully, greed overrules the street code and Dokins was identified. Now police believe that Dokins may be responsible for other gang murders in the area.
Predictably, Dokins family is speaking out about his innocence. Dokin's aunt, Tahiti Perkins, spoke to reporters stating, "He's not no gang member. He is a Christian. If you want to call Christianity a gang, then he is. He from a Christian gang. He is a family oriented little boy, educated, liked to go to school, loved children, would never do anything like this." Isn't that always the story? "Not my baby" is something that I hear all the time. You can have 10 witnesses, video taped evidence, fingerprints, DNA and other proof, and family members still will scream and cry about how it wasn't their kid, knowing full well it was because of the 84,000 times they've fucked up in the past. People nowadays don't make their kids take any responsibility for their actions whatsoever. It's sickening. People nowadays think any slightest disrespect warrants death and they don't care who gets killed in the crossfire. "Oh well" seems to be their mentality mean while they will defend the accused against all evidence. I'm so sick of that shit. Ok, rant over.

Little prick, if he's Christian, send him to god for judgement.
